Can I choose just milk or dark chocolate in my assortment?

How do I customize your truffles?
We specialize in personalized chocolates. You can customize chocolates with names, logos, designs and much more! Please email info@meltchocolates.us to find out more about how to create your own custom chocolates.

Where can I buy your chocolates and other items?
We specialize in wholesale and business-to-business accounts. However, we have limited retail hours at our production facility located at 2018 S. 1st, Suite 120, Milwaukee, WI 53207. 

What allergens are contained in your products?
All of our products are processed in a facility that handles dairy, peanuts, soy and tree nuts. However there MAY be cross-contamination. We make by hand so as to ensure quality and safety.

Are your products gluten free?
Unless otherwise noted, all of our products are gluten free. 

What is your return policy?
All of our products are handmade, perishable items. As such our chocolates are non-returnable. We wish you a very pleasant experience with us, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please email our Customer Service at info@meltchocolates.us.

Order and Shipping Inquiries

Do I need to add ice packs to my order?
Between the months of March and October or when the temperature exceeds 70F during transit or at the destination, the orders will require ice packs. These consist of a reusable non-toxic gel refrigerant. During the summer months ice packs are mandatory to ensure your chocolates arrive in optimum condition.

Can I ship internationally?
Yes! Please email us at info@meltchocolates.us for assistance and rates. 

How do I track my package?
When you place an order, you will receive an email on the evening that your package ships out from our chocolate factory; this email will contain the tracking information for the package.

Do packages require a signature?
Unless specifically requested via phone for an additional charge, all of our packages do not require a signature.

All of our chocolates are meticulously handcrafted by our team of expert chocolatiers daily with premium ingredients and a whole lot of love.

Where are your chocolates made?
All of our artisan handmade chocolates are made in our chocolate factory located in the Bay View neighborhood of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.
